The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.
My room was a disaster, with a broken light and a horrid sewer smell that made the bathroom unbearable. The carpet was dirty and moth-eaten, and everything gave off a sense of neglect. I had high expectations for the price I paid, but this felt more like a cheap roadside motel than a hotel.

Good location but needs some love
This place is in a prime spot with quick access to the town and lots of pubs around. My deluxe queen room was comfy enough, but the bathroom could use some repairs. The bar area was nice for chilling after a long day out. Just wish the heating was more reliable.
